To all our customers, partners and suppliers,

After the latest national regulation DM MiSE of the 26th of April, Italy enters in the so-called “Phase Two” following a general improvement in the situation, with partial reduction of lockdown measures and official resumption of industrial activities.

Therefore, we are pleased to inform you that

our premises have gone back to normal, full-time operativity.

While travelling abroad is still limited, service support is operational with remote connection, and spare parts supply is active.

The entire Team is back into full-time schedule and all departments are now in full swing. Goods reception, commercial and administrative office are available with the usual time 8.30 am – 5.30 pm, purchase office from midday to 6.00 pm.

That said, our priority is to safeguard the health of our Team and commit to the national effort to prevent a further spread of the pandemic. ILTI is carefully abiding to all national regulations and recommendations by enforcing accurate measures such as:

  • Shift rotations and smart-working policies to minimize the amount of people per room and ensure appropriate social distancing.

  • Constant use of face mask, accurate avoidance of interpersonal contacts and gatherings. Appropriate disinfection and prevention supplies are made available, and the premises are regularly sanitized.

  • Access to the premises for external parties is limited to special and indispensable cases, while incoming deliveries are received in the dedicated outdoor areas, in compliance with the necessary containment measures. Any commute is reduced to the bare minimum and managed with the utmost care.

We are also pleased to inform you that no cases within the company and its connections have been reported.

We will be constantly evaluating and assessing the situation, and we will make sure to keep you updated about all future developments.
