Its square basement, integrated labelling heads and standardized components make for a cost-efficient solution that doesn’t give up on precision and quality, and for a system that is ideal for basic necessities and lines up to 300 BPM.

System-RS features all the flexibility of application of rotary labellers. Thanks to the electronic rotation of the platforms - a standard on all ILTI rotaries - and Proper-2 labelling stations with servo motorization, the system can handle various applications on cylindrical or shaped containers, free or conveyed in pucks.

The compact structure makes it great for small- and medium-scale production lines, but still provides enough space to apply up to four labels on a product. Printing and marking systems can be easily integrated as well, while vision and reject systems ensure that the final result is flawless.

The system comes in three carousel diameters, several platform configurations and hence diverse machine pitches to adapt to any kind of container. Orientation systems and Non-stop function for continuous operation during reel changes are also available. 

All ILTI labellers can be equipped with our patented Linerless labelling heads, to apply self-adhesive Linerless labels.
