This top-quality model is equipped with wide carousel diameters, high-resistance components and centralized automatic lubrication system in the standard version. Its dedicated labelling station, Proper-3, is designed to tackle the needs of high-speed labelling with a special tension control system and triple servo-drive that ensure flawless precision.

The system is suitable for all kinds of applications: front&back, wrap-around, neck, promotional labels on any container type. Those can be handled in pucks or freely, full or empty with a dedicated pressurization system. High-precision orientation systems will ensure total control on label positioning, just as dedicated top-performing vision and reject systems will keep an eye on the quality of the final product.

The utmost attention is given to product handling: high resistance format parts and wide carousel dimensions provide the necessary conditions to apply and wipe the labels with lesser stress on the products.

The round basement provides an ergonomic design which facilitates everyday use, maintenance and inspection. With its free-standing and servo-controlled labelling heads, the system has great accessibility for the operator, and the modular version enables a quick interchange with other stations and labelling methods.

As all ILTI labellers, System-RP can be equipped with our patented Linerless labelling heads, to apply self-adhesive Linerless labels.
