A labelling solution that is specifically designed for the pharmaceutical sector and its safety, traceability and cleanliness requirements.

This model features all the key elements of ILTI’s rotary range with additional specific functions, and can reach a production speed of 700 bpm/42.000 bph.

The great array of carousel diameters and pitches makes it capable to suit a wide range of product dimensions with flexibility and ease-of-use. Precise product centering and electronic rotation of platforms, combined with dedicated format parts for the handling of peculiar products and labels open unexpected possibilities in the pharmaceutical industry. Both full and empty products can be handled, free or in pucks.

Traceability at its best: all kinds of quality control systems can be installed to make sure the output product is strictly compliant to the standards, and various markers and printers are suitable for integration. As a further option, a special design of the dedicated Proper-2 head enables the fitting of printers and controls directly on the labelling station, so that only well-marked labels are applied.

Pharma-R is designed for the maximum safety and cleanliness. Treated steels, rounded edges and smooth surfaces team with a dedicated alarm management and Pack-ML software for a top-level safety, while the ergonomic design with free-standing labelling stations provides great accessibility for daily ease-of-use and easier inspections. Additional safety validations and certifications are also available.

As all ILTI labellers, Pharma-R can be equipped with our patented Linerless labelling heads, to apply self-adhesive Linerless labels.
