With its essential design, Proper-1 is the solution to meet basic labelling requirements with a cost-efficient yet precise and high-quality station.

Classic construction with servo-motorization on the main driver, sturdy torsion-proof supporting plate, and compact structure to adapt to narrow spaces. The reel rewinder is controlled by the main driving unit, while a mechanical tensioning arm and brake ensure the smooth running of the reel unwinder.

Suitable for the handling of all common materials and both plastic and paper liner, this labelling station can reach a pitch speed of 40 mt/min and comes in two liner sizes, 100 and 170 mm. This makes it a great solution for in-line labellers and for applying top/bottom labels.

As all ILTI labelling stations, Proper-1 is equipped with an autonomous control system and operator panel. Software management is carefully developed internally, to guarantee total control over the system.
