COVID-19 outbreak in Italy: re-opening.

To all our customers, partners and suppliers,

After the latest national regulation DM MiSE of the 25th of March, ILTI is now included in the list of industries that are allowed to proceed with their activity.

That said, we want to safeguard the health of our Team and commit to the national effort to assess the pandemic. Therefore:

Our premises will re-open starting from March the 30th.

Service support is operational with remote connection, and spare parts supply is active.

To protect the health of our Team, after carrying out an extraordinary sanitization of all our spaces, activities will resume with limited personnel on a voluntary basis, shift rotations and smart-working policies.

Our administrative office is available from 8.30 to 12.30 am, purchase office from 2 to 6 pm. Staff from the technical departments is active, and the commercial department will be working remotely, to ensure the proceeding of ongoing projects.

Appropriate disinfection and protection supplies are made available, and interpersonal contacts are limited. Access to the premises for external parties is limited to special and indispensable cases. Incoming deliveries are received in the dedicated outdoor areas.

As the situation affects our suppliers as well, there might be some slight delays on open orders. As for spare parts, priority will be given to urgent and essential items. We are sure to be able to rely on your support and understanding.

We are constantly evaluating and updating the robust measures already in place to help our people stay safe at work and prevent the spread of the virus.

We will make sure to keep you updated about all future developments.
