Designed as a flexible and durable labelling station, Proper-2 is suitable for the handling of all common materials and both plastic and paper liner. Excellent engineering enables the flawless running of extremely thin elements.

Top-quality components and sturdy design guarantee the greatest labelling precision. Double servo-motorization on driving unit and rewinder provide smooth and stable running, while a special reel brake maintains the optimal liner tensioning.     

With a speed of 75 mt/min and three different liner heights (100 mm – 170 mm – 240 mm), Proper-2 is the agile labelling station for medium/high production speeds in all sectors of the packaging industry.

All ILTI labelling heads are equipped with an autonomous control system and operator panel, with integrated non-stop function. This enables their installation as a stand-alone or integration on third parties’ labellers. Software management is carefully developed internally, to guarantee total control over the system.

To adapt to the ever- changing production demands, all labelling stations are designed with a modular concept that allows modifications and upgrades from one model to another.

Special attention is given to ease of use: all electronic components are placed in a separate control box for easier inspection and maintenance operations, and with the modular option, the labelling station can be detached from the machine and substituted with other application systems within minutes.
